Áine leads the design process at Effusion and approaches each project with careful consideration of it’s conceptual and practical requirements. The result is creative work that is both functional and beautifully executed. When she’s not at work, Áine enjoys printmaking, watching films and doing triathlons.

Development Manager & Partner
Ginny is the whip-cracker in the office, chasing clients and the rest of the Effusion team to get projects completed on time. Not a born project manager, she has learned over the years and has cultivated her unique style.
She hopes that when she does have spare time, she can go back hot yoga and swimming.
Willie has years of experience building more websites than we can count. With a dedication to usability and UX, he is always finding ways to make website management easier. Willie loves problem solving, especially to provide the solutions needed for complex systems.
In his spare time Willie enjoys taking things apart to build new technological contraptions, and making kimchee with his sister.
Working closely with Willie and Emile on our web projects, Tomas is always building and testing components, and exploring new possibilities, as well as liasing with our clients throughout the development process. In his spare time, Tomas enjoys learning Salsa dancing and getting lost in science fiction.
