IT services with a social purpose

Penelope is an IT provider that works with third sector and for-purpose organisations – they're a lot like us because they're our (now much larger than us) spin-out and share the same ideals and friendly principles.

We worked to create the name (the least technical name we could think of), a fresh + friendly brand / visual identity and of course their website. We also employed human-centred service design processes to create an IT service that Penelope's customers would actually like using – that's a rare thing for many IT companies.
