Who runs my city? was a project by Operation Black Vote (OBV) as well as London Civic Forum and the London Empowerment Partnership's Targeted Support Programme. This unique project explored where governance of five of London's local authorities lie and showed citizens how they can influence decision-making at the city/local authority level.
