We're seeking a very creative person to join us and help us do better, bolder and more creative things. You'll be able to make the job your own - if you're a great web designer then we'll give you website after challenging website to get your teeth into, but if print or graphic design is more your thing then we'll make sure you're not bored by too many websites.

We're looking for a middleweight - we're looking for someone with big ideas and a lot of talent, someone who'll grow heavier by the year! Look through our portfolio and you'll see a broad range of work - lots of different styles and design approaches. This is very much indicative of what we'll have to offer you - we work with a diverse group of organisations - many of them charities, who trust us and provide us with a lot of creative latitude to do new and unusual things - that's got to be good?
Web design accounts for about 70% of our design work, so we're looking for someone who's going to be able to do at least 70% web design. That said, we think the best websites are consistent with a lot of traditional design principles - so if you're more of a print or graphic kind of designer and won't shy away from some web design, then we think you'll be happy.
We'll be presenting you with challenging websites to design, you'll liaise with our clients, you'll pull together complex and disparate ideas and turn them into beautiful design.
The good news is you won't ever have to go near any of the technical stuff, unless of course you want to, so you can get forget HTML and CSS and concentrate on what you're best at - pure design.
You'll be or become the jewel in our crown - we'll be proud of the work you turn-out and we'll all want to show it off to anyone and everyone. We'll support you and make sure that your job remains challenging, stimulating and rewarding, you'll develop and your capabilities will grow.
